If you use mapquest, yahoo maps (zoom in or out after map appears) or 
mappoint, the lat/long will be buried in the URL in DD.dddddd where 
dddddd is a decimal fraction of degrees.  + is N and W, - is S and W.

Multiply the dddddd by 60 to get minutes and decimal fractions of minutes.

Multiply the decimal fraction by 60 to get seconds and decimal fractions 
of seconds.

eg:   if you get 43.021340

then  it is N 43
60 * 0.021340 = 1.2804  (1 minute point 2804)

60 * 0.2804 = 16.824 seconds

Whole thing:    N 43 01' 16.824"

Same decoding for longitude.  -73 would mean W 73.
